Merchandise Adquisition

Agreement Acceptance: The buyer must accept these General Conditions when acquiring one of our Products and/or using an Experience at Tazuz Originals Shop.

Voluntary Purchases:
 • Purchases made through Tazuz’s platforms are entirely voluntary.
 • Customers agree to the prices displayed in the Tazuz online store.
 • All prices are listed in New Israeli Shekels (NIS).

Sizing Information:
 • Clothing sizes are general and may vary slightly within the provided measurements.

Payment Policy:
 • Payments must be completed exclusively through the Tazuz app or website.
 • Full payment is required before any coordination for product delivery.

Acceptance and Responsibility:
 • Customers must sign the delivery form to confirm their acceptance of the product at the time of delivery. This acceptance serves as a transfer of responsibility for the purchased item, indicating that the customer is satisfied with the product as received.
 • Tazuz is not liable for any damages, alterations, or discoloration caused by the customer's improper washing or care methods.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Non-Refundable Fees
 • Credit card processing fees and VAT (18%) will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Cancellations or Returns Before Delivery
 • Requests for cancellations or returns must be submitted formally to accounts@tazuzsports.com. C(mailto:accounts@tazuzsports.com)ustomers must include a photo of the product and a detailed explanation in their email. Requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery day (by 12:00 a.m.) will only be subject to VAT and processing fee deductions.
Non-Returnable Items
 • Stickers and phone straps cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers must review and approve these items at the time of delivery.

Cancellations or Returns After Delivery:
 • If a product is returned after delivery, a 20% penalty will apply to the total product or order value.
 • Damaged or Altered Items
 • Refunds will not be provided for products that are damaged, destroyed, altered, or rendered unusable after delivery. Tazuz reserves the right to determine the condition of the returned product.

Return Deadline:
 • No returns or exchanges will be accepted more than 72 hours (three days) after the date of purchase.
Product Authenticity
All products are exclusively designed by Tazuz and are considered official Tazuz merchandise.

Gift Card Adquisition

Activity Registration:
 • Gift Card holders must register for the activity included in their card or benefit.

Submission of Gift Card:
 • During the registration process, in the payment section, participants must upload a photo of their Gift Card received via email. A Tazuz representative will contact them to coordinate participation details.

Applicable Terms:
 • The same terms and cancellation policies that apply to purchased products also apply to Gift Cards. The recipient of a Gift Card must accept all participation terms and conditions.

Complementary Cancellation Terms
 • Cancellation terms for Gift Cards are complementary to existing terms unless explicitly contradictory. Tazuz reserves the right to apply the terms deemed appropriate for each case. Participation terms and conditions take precedence over all others.

Validity:
 • Gift Cards are valid for six months (30 days per month) from the date of purchase.

Processing and Delivery:
 • Gift Cards are delivered via email and may take up to 72 hours for processing after purchase. Customers may request specific delivery dates, provided they are at least 72 hours after the purchase.

Experiences Included The Experience Gift Card includes:
 • Two spots in the Sailing Experience in Tel Aviv.
 • One-month Surfing Course in Tel Aviv.
 • One-month Surfing Course in Herzliya.
 • One-month Tennis Course in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, or Herzliya.
 • One-month Paddle & Beyond Experience.
 • One-month Krav Maga Course
 • One-month participation in the Beach Volleyball Academy in Tel Aviv or Herzliya.

Activity Availability
 • Participation is subject to the availability and opening of the activities.

University Programs
 • Students of the Rothberg International School at Hebrew University (HUJI) and Reichman University International School can use their Gift Cards for courses offered on university campuses. A representative will contact the participants to coordinate their participation.

150 NIS Gift Card
 • The 150 NIS Gift Card can be used as a discount toward any product purchase or for one spot in the Sailing Experience in Tel Aviv.

One-Time Use
 • Gift Cards must be used in a single transaction. Refunds for remaining balances or economic differences are not available.

Merchandising Purchases
 • The 150 NIS Gift Card can be redeemed for Tazuz Originals merchandise on the Shop Tazuz Originals page.
