Participation Agreement Acceptance: These General Conditions must be accepted by the Participant at the time of acquiring one of our Products and/or making use of an Experience.

• I acknowledge that these General Conditions must be accepted by me upon acquiring any of Tazuz's Products and/or participating in an Experience.

• I agree to fully comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by Tazuz and its employees during the activities. I understand that failure to comply may result in my exclusion from the activities without any right to a refund.

• All participants must be 18 years of age or older. I declare that I am 18 years old or older. Only official identifications such as Passports, driver's licenses, or government-issued identification cards will be accepted as proof of age. Unacceptable identifications include photocopies, student cards, or non-government-issued identification.

• The registration process will be understood as done/effective as soon as the following registration steps are complete:

1. The Team Captain must fill out the "Teams" registration form, acting as the team's representative.

2. The captain will receive an email and will be responsible for distributing the "Individual" registration forms to the team members.

3. Each team member must complete the "Individual" registration form, providing detailed information.

4. Team members must complete the individual form before the league's start date, and Tazuz's representatives will ensure the process is completed.

5. The team captain is responsible for collecting and paying the team's fees. Tazuz will prominently display participation fee information on its website, app, and registration forms.

6. Captains must make a single payment. (One-transaction)

7. Tazuz Staff gets in touch to confirm participation.

• Participation will only be allowed upon receipt of the full payment in NIS. Spots will not be reserved for those who have not paid.

• The team fee remains the same regardless of the number of people, including substitutes.

• All players participating in the league must complete the member registration form.

• Teams paying in cash have until one day before the league starts to make the full payment, which must be submitted in a sealed envelope.

• Tazuz does not and will not accept coins.

• If the team is paying in cash and for some reason never shows up, or there is any amount of money missing, this responsibility will fall harshly on the team captain and he/she will be responsible for any/all charges that are unpaid. In addition, the team will not be allowed to compete in the first match. If the payment is still missing one day before the date of the second match, then the team will be disqualified without any refund.

• Cancellations made one week or more before the registration closing date will result in a full refund.

• If the team cancels within a week of the start of the activity then the team will have to cover 50% of the charge of their payment for the course.

• If a team cancels 72 hours or less before the start of the course, then the team will still have to pay the full amount and there will be no full/partial refunds. Tazuz reserves the right to decide and apply any necessary sanctions. Its representatives reserve the right to issue the final verdict.

• If a cancellation happens at any point and Tazuz has to make up/pay for any of the team's charges/absence then the remaining result will be charged/billed to the captain.

• There are no refunds for teams that leave the league after it has started.

• If a team misses a match for whatever reason on their own terms, there are no refunds.

• If a team misses a match, there are no make-up games for that team.

• If there is a case of extreme weather, Government or any war-related issue, etc., then make-up classes/matches will be rescheduled By Tazuz’s decisions.

• Some of our courses, activities, leagues, and academies require a minimum number of participants to proceed. In the event of a non-opening, Tazuz will refund 100% of the participation fee and give priority to future activities to those who are affected

Participants must accept that he/she/it is aware of his/her/its medical and mental limitations. People with medical/mental conditions or those who are pregnant, are strongly advised not to participate in our sports activities or recreational events. If the participant still chooses to participate with these things in mind, the participant must inform Tazuz of their condition before participating and Tazuz will consult a doctor to ensure that it is safe for that person to participate.

Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge and understand that participating in sports and recreational activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injuries. Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities and agree to hold Tazuz harmless for any injuries or damages that may arise as a result of their participation.

• Tazuz reserves the right to refuse admission as well as the right to verify identity.

• Use of Likeness & Image rights: by joining a Tazuz activity/course/program/league, participants accept that Tazuz takes photos and videos during classes and/or various activities to use for the organization. Tazuz has the right to post, advertise and share pictures for commercial purposes. “I, the participant, grant Tazuz the right to use, reproduce, and distribute any photographs, videos, or other media in which I may appear during the activities for promotional and marketing purposes without any compensation to me.”

• Incurring in any injury engaged in any act of violence such as racism or sexual harassment is a felony punishable under the law. (also in Digital) Tazuz disclaims liability and has the right to suspend, expel, or fine the participant. Suspensions or expulsions are out of the refund.

• During our sports leagues, we encourage participants to create personalized team shirts. Tazuz will provide participants with the contact information of a customizable sports shirt provider. It is essential to understand that Tazuz acts solely as an intermediary facilitator, and we are not involved in any part of the creation, payment, or dispute resolution with the provider. The provider is considered an external entity, and any issues or concerns arising from their services must be addressed directly with them. By accepting the terms and conditions, participants and team members acknowledge this arrangement and release Tazuz, its representatives, and the team from any legal liability.

• Moreover, team shirts are not allowed to contain messages of hate, insults, offensive images, or material considered pornographic. Additionally, any messages that incite violence or discrimination are strictly prohibited. Tazuz's staff reserves the right to disallow the use of shirts violating these guidelines which may result in the expulsion of the team from the league without the option of a refund.

• Tazuz will be out of responsibility for any damage that the participant can incur against the activity/course/program/league-provided elements. The participant can be fined to pay for any damaged/broken class/activity/program/course/league elements.

• In the case that the facilities where the course is held have insurance for participants, this will be informed to the participants if they ask for it.

• All venues attended during any of our events reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants from venues for any reason, including drunkenness, disorderly conduct, or aggressive or abusive behavior.

• We accept no liability in the event of refusal or removal and will not refund ticket prices in such an event.

• Tazuz may make modifications and/or updates to this Policy, duly communicated to participants and published on the website and registration forms.

• Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the participant and Tazuz, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

The prizes and benefits obtained by the "winners" in each of our leagues and academies will be listed on the website and registration form for these activities. The prizes/benefits can be claimed for up to 90 full days from the completion of the conducted activity.
